Idk what I’m doing, just trying to help out little bro

So my brothers goldfish he got because someone couldn’t take care of them now we have them.

So this goldfish has the mysterious bump on it scale idk if it’s an infection or parasite, or nothing except to small of a tank. I’m not big on this stuff but here’s what Ik
There are 3 goldfish in a small 10 gallon (yes ik it’s to small but we are going to get them a bigger tank)

That bump has been there for 2 weeks I’d say.

Ik it has some swim bladder issues but we have been trying to subside.

Idk any of the nitrate parameters i don’t even know what that is.

This goldfish is two years old minimum, other 2 I’d say younger than him

Idk what else I’m supposed to put here I read the guidelines but forgot what else

Make sure you do lots of large water changes until you get the larger tank. Also don't overfeed the fish. When you do get the tank make sure you cycle it. There are some helpful forums here to help you understand that.
Not sure about the bump but someone else might be able to help.
