Information On Rubber Eels PLEASE

I am thinking about buying a rubber eel.

I am just afraid it will pull out all my live plant's.

And complety trash my tank

People who may of had one of these before please give me some info on them.

must have no holes and tight lid
They can live outside of water for an hour
Must be kept with large non aggresive fish
Likes sand and rocks

I have never had one this is just what ive found
it does say can be kept in a 30 gallon tank not sure I would want to try it
