Internal parasite

What is the best treatment for internal parasites? I have read many diffrent things but poat medications seem to only apply to external parasite or do the meds work for both? Thanks in advance

Praziquantel is the 'universal' internal parasite med.
That being said it helps a bunch to know what we are trying to treat....

API General Cure has Praziquantel and Metronidazole. I have not tried myself but I have a box on hand. It treats gill flukes, tapeworms (internal parasites) among other things.
