Internal parisites!!

My two bubble mollies visibly have internal worms. I can see them coming out of there anus. I've treated with API general cure and it has not worked. It's still there. I've added salt, garlic to the food, tones of water changes (even tho my tank is cycled) in the hopes of it not spreading. I even mixed the API treatment that I used with the food. Nothing I've looked at a tone of meds out there online and almost all is for external parisites not internal. There still eating but my one mollie is getting very small and has started hiding and only coming out at feedings.

So any sugestions of meds that could really work and any tips on treatment would be great. And if anyone has any levamisole out there could you help me by sending me some ill pay for it. It's real hard to find in Delaware and can't get a local vet to get me any. It seams like it would do what I need but if anyone has any better ideas I'm open for them I really want to save my little fish friends I have prazipro on order from amazon it should be hear soon I hope it works. But any more thoughts would be greatly helpful

Have you checked eBay for that medication? Did you move them into a quarantine tank?

Yes I have to both. the meds I found on eBay was packed in little zip baggies I'm a bit nerves about stuff with no labeling I don't want to harm my fish by buying something and not getting what I buy. I'm kinda in between a rock and a hard place.

This is a flake food you can use. It has the label behind it, I would definitely look up the product to verify that it is what you need. From what I looked at it should be ok to use and is a good price for it. I understand where you're coming from better safe than sorry. But this one looks to be ok.

Yes I was on eBay for an hour last night looking at her products and there is 3 types of wieners and even the whole set of flake med food with antibiotics for 38$ I'm going to get that one it looks very promising and I like the idea of not putting the meds in my tank but in the fish so that's what I'm going to do thanks for your help I hope it works this time.

I used the flakes and they work wonderfully. I ordered mine online from angels plus I believe? Very quick shipping and great price!!
