Invertabrates with both German Blue Rams and Cory Cats

I am looking for a invertebrate that will help me clean me tank, not rip up my plants, and be able to live with German Blue Rams and Cory Cats. I have started threads about shrimp and the Mexican Orange Dwarf Crayfish, but I got no clear answer to how they would be compatible with these fish.

I personally have ghost shrimp in my community tank. I added 15 about 3 months ago after a couple days I was down to 5 but all of them are still there doing well the other 10 were small and I figure were eaten. I have GBRs in there but think it was the boesmani rainbows that got them
