TLDR: I am treating this fish for fungal infection, because it looks like columnaris but it’s not fuzzy so I’m not sure. Seeking anyone’s opinion, or reassurance from somebody who’s sure. Pictures attached

Info:
10 Gallon, heated 76 deg, external filter system, no air stone, no other fish.
Tank has snails and is heavily planted (in containers) with no other substrate (bare bottom)

Food: Infusoria, snail eggs, shell-less pond snails, RW worms, vinegar eels present in the water/plantings
Live brine shrimp added 1/8tsp > 1x/week, flake and pellet food as training treat. Just finished weaning fish off of bug larvae for the winter.

Maintenance:
Primary water source is carbon-filtered evaporative reclaim, ~7% daily flowthru to this aquarium comes from plant-stock tanks. Outflow goes to waste separation system.

Water Parameters:
Ammo/nitro/nitra all zeros. PH ~7.7, buffered with leaf tannins GH is too high (175ppm) but going down, KH 100ppm

Symptoms and Treatment:
No abnormal behavior, noticed slight clamping of fins today but fish was happy to eat, noticed whitening under gills during training regimen, fish showed normal energy. Fish got into cup for medicine bath with no complaints but threw up training treats (flake food) after being in the bath for a few minutes. Bath is new tap water treated with API SC at double strength, API Melafix at normal ratio and SeaChem Paragard at normal strength.

I also have both Kana-/MetroPlex but hesitant to use yet. Seeking advice.

This is Scorpia, (S)he is a 2 year old bubble nesting ex-female (may still have some eggs but can’t see because of dark iridescent scales) King Plakhat with a short crescent tail. 2.75” From nose to peduncle.
There are irregular white spots on face and symmetrical white inflammation under gills, none of them fuzzy but also not ulcerous.
