Is it milt?

Hi during my last two water changes I have found a sticky white substance on two of my mini fake corals. I'm worried its glue from the ornaments or is it milt I have 2male goldfish with 4 females and there has been spawning behaviour in the last two months but no eggs at all.

Any help to identify this sticky stuff. It was in one ornament last week and today on another ornament. The problem is they are two ornaments made of the same material a kind of rubber. So concerned.

Sorry didn't get pics. But I took the ornaments back to the pet shop and they are going to investigate them and see what's in them.

Milt will spread and dissipate in the water, it won't collect and form a sticky film.
