Is this a anemone

I I got this from my local boat ramp is it a anemone

you got that and a coral banded shrimp too? does that anemone-like thing move? what does it feel like? if it is an anemone, it's very bleached. i would say something else, like a tunicate/sea squirt or similar.

Nar it's a glass/ghost shrimp and no it dose not move around
