Is this a fungus ?

Hi everyone, I moved my Platy into a 10 gallon Hospital tank a few days ago and started treatment of Hakari Ich x, I used that treatment because I did research and it said it works on Fungus as well, plus I had it , I use it as a trio with API general cure and Erythromycin when I get new fish, can some e tell me if its a fungus or parasite? And what do you recommend? She's eating fine and even had 18 fry while in the Hospital tank

Fungus. Keep treating. And make sure the water and tank is clean. No ammonia levels. And keep the lights low or off(Less stress).

Great thanks, actually it looks a lot better then this morning, my hospital tank is cycled with no ammonia, tests with API master kit good, the meds say not to do a water change for 48 hours, which is touch for me because I feel I should be doing a small one everyday

Nope. Your good. Just follow the directions. She'll get better. As long as she's eating, just be patience. ?
