Some thing has popped up in the tank ... dark red sort of like small fuzz and little white stalks that are attached to the live rock? Any clue?

Tried to take a photo but all I get is blur... any hints on what to set my digital camera to take a picture of it?

Tried that ... Gone to the suggestions listed on the site and guess I just haven't taken enough pictures yet to get the hang of it yet.

Whatever it is it is growing but not spreading. Maybe I'll have better luck tomorrow.

No Thanks ... It's a dark red ... almost blood red. It has a texture sort of like a bottle brush. Started out like a single stalk but is now like a brush sticking out it's arms. Right now it is maybe a 1/2 inch wide.

Do you get Atlantic or Pacific live rock? In the Atlantic there is a macroalgae that fits your description, fuzzy, dark red, etc...

Well it is suppose to be figi rock ... at least that's what I was told.
