Is this good lighting?

I want to start off with soft corals but I want higher lighting so that I can pick up some more challenging corals in the future. My tank is a jebo r352kg 17g and it's about 20" in light. Is this light too small?

Go with the 120watt dimmable led that you can get on eBay for $118. You can keep soft corals, LPS, sps, and clams with that light.
