Is it ok for plants?

What rating would it be considered? ( low, med, high)
Thanks

UPDATE!

Got a new LED light strip thing. It's a lot brighter.
Now is this ok for at least lowlight plants?
1st pic is new an 2nd is old.

That looks a lot better. What light is it? I don't know much about the LEDs but a few of the other members do.

My dad had it sitting around. It's from eBay.
Here's the box.
So is it ok for at least low lights now?

Beamswork makes nice fixtures at an affordable price. I have one of there rgb led fixtures on my 75 gallon. The only problem I see Is that a 25 gallon tank is 20 inches tall and that light loses its intensity that far down. Either way though you should have low light now. You can probably put both fixture on the tank and still be fine.

Does anyone know if this lighting system is good?
