I bought aquarium wood at petco yesterday (it was already in one of their tanks.. So i did a water change right before i put the wood in... And now the water is a little cloudy... I also bought a gold nugget pleco and put him in the tank right after i did the water change... Will my pleco be alright??

Cloudy like you stirred up the gravel? Usually if you put driftwood in a tank it causes the water to look like tea.

It doesnt look like that and i use play sand , not gravel... And the sand did not cloud up the water before... Its not really cloudy but its still cloudy.. Im just a little concerned...

Could just be a bacterial bloom kicked off by the addition of the wood. Since it was in one of their tanks it is, of course, going to be soaked though with that water and everything that was in it. Keep an eye on your fish, do your tests every so often and give it a few days and see if it clears up.

+1 cloudy water is usually either dust particles from the substrate or bacteria. Bacterial blooms occur when tanks are not cycled or are going through a mini cycle.
