Java moss

The friendliest place on the web for anyone with an interest in aquariums or fish keeping!
If you have answers, please help by responding to the unanswered posts.
What I do is I grab a small amount of the moss and grab a piece of driftwood or you can use rocks (flatter ones preferably) and place some of the moss onto it and wrap it with string and knot it at the bottom.

Even though the moss looks flat or pressed, once it starts growing it will grow up and outward and will push itself though the string.

I attached a photo of some of them in my tank but it's zoomed and cropped so I apologize for it not being too clear. the top arrow is to the baby tears but the bottom is java moss. ImageUploadedByAquarium Advice1393355833.705234.jpg
