JBJ 12 gallon LED Nano cube questions!

Hi so I have a 12 gallon led nano tank and I was wondering what types of corals I could successfully put into the tank?

Also with the tank do I need to run a powerhead or will the pump in the tank be enough flow?

For a reef tank the more flow the better, I would def add a power head if all you have is the return pump. Is it a new tank, cycled? If its cycled you can't go past zoos and mushrooms to start and depending on your lighting try torch, hammer and frogspawns. They were all my first corals and are still going strong...
