Just a regular blood parrot? Cross bred?

Hello! Bought this guy a couple of weeks ago, but in my experience there aren't usually stripes or markings on the side of a parrot. Weird. Let me know what you think!!

Nope, that looks like a cross-bred parrot. I don't know if it's tattooed or a cross with an oscar or convict.

Agreed, that is what juvies look like. They lose the black markings and turn orange with age.

Agreeing with HN1. I have seen very interesting patterns on juvies at fish shops. Never this intricate though. Nice pick up!
