This is my second Kribensis that I found hiding and breathing rapidly. The other one unfortunately passed away. But I am assuming it was/is some sort of internal parasite, judging by the anus of the last fish being very red.

What can I use to treat? And should I treat the whole tank? I have a 75 Gallon, and I do not have a quarantine tank. Nor do I have room for one.

Side note: this Krib was born in this tank and is almost a year old. Also water parameters are all good.

Is it going to the surface at all to get air. Or just hiding?
I've looked a few things up and it sounds
like Gill fluke. Knowing the other one has passed and the one you got was born in that tank. And not treated before eggs hatched. The worm in the gills is starting to kill your fish. It's the only thing I can see that it would be.
