Need real help here, it make no sense, wasting a lot of money just to make it right.

It seem i suck for plants. What the reason for plants to become a darker green? I seem to have all the right setting. Can't get it right. Its turn small brown dead in one end and grow a lot from they other end to.

Now today, i have added a lot of micro sword grass,(so that algae don't have a chance to live) it look so lively compare to my moss. Can it be i am dosing to little?

Now I want this to be right. if i leave it alone, the grass will turn dark green to. And need all your help.

Here all i have

-30 gallons
-substrate dark flourite (no significant mineral)
-good circulation.
-6.8 ph
-temp 23c/ 73f
-pps-pro dry fert added every day
-36w 2x new
-c02 Milwaukee and ph controller
-c02 drop check
(i don't trust the result of the ph controller)
-nitrate 0.6 (not many fish)
-reactor max mix 500
-fluvial (filter and biomax only)
-fishs are vibrant and lively

Do micro sword grass need soft substrate?
Is it a must for under gravel fertilizer (root tab) even if i am adding pps-pro? and how about water movement?
