lighting and par graphs

I have been looking online to see if my lights were low medium or high n I came across this two graphs n I wanted to see if they were some wat acurate

Those are Hoppy's charts from planted tank.net. He's probably the most well respected expert on aquarium lighting (at least on the net). Those graphs were derived from experimental data rather than "I think that...." anecdotes.

So yes, they are accurate.

It'd be nice if a plant club with a PAR meter would take readings for various fixture brands just to get an idea of the difference between each, because I believe it is quite substantial, but yeah, those 2 charts are a great basis to work with, and it's the only actual data charts that I know of online.
