Lighting help!

I have a planted 55 gal tank and for lights I have a 4 light t5 HO-216 watts will all bulbs in it. I only have 3 bulbs currently in it. 2 of them are 6500k and the other is a 10000k. Is the 10000k bulb doing anything for the plants? Is this enough or to much?

Here is the tank. All the plants are new so they haven't filled in any.

It should be fine, but I would remove the Draceana(lucky bamboo) it isn't aquatic.

Ha I know. We just have nothing else to do with it so until it starts to rot or something we're just gonna leave it

i wouldn't worry about too little light too much is when you have a problem thats when algae takes over if its mainly for your plants the CO2 route is the quickest for plant growth.

It is mainly for our plants I just don't really feel like dealing with co2 if at all possible
