How do u get the darker blue lights? I har a 2 buld fixture one light is a fluorescent white & the other is a blue color and they stay on at te same time ...

The "blue light" is generally in the 450-460nm range and can be supplied by florescent bulbs or LEDs. If you want to add more blue light to your existing setup, you might consider adding some royal blue LED "stunner strips."
