Does anyone have a reef capable for light for a 30 gallon tank?

I bought the odyssea 30 inch 4 bulb t5ho and have been very happy with it on my 29 gallon. It was about $70 in e-bay.

Do the T5ho grow coral or just sustain it and are the just as good as the LED

Those "reef capable" LED's aren't quite "reef capable". they are mainly just for looks. I'd be willing to bet that 4 lamp T5HO fixture spoonman mentioned would be more potent.
