Are two 36" strips with 3 watt Cree led's good for a 75 gallon tank to have soft, Lps, sps?

Sorry bro I don't know the answer, wish I did. There is a thread called, "Lighting, getting the most bang for your buck." Try searching that it's a huge thread with tons of lights. It sounds like you've got lights but if those don't work, look into the Taotronics Dimmable 120 watt LEDS. I've got one and wow is it bright. NO JOKE BRO, I need shades if I turn it up full. Sorry I can't be more help, do a search and check out that thread.
