Lil hermits not moved

Hey i got three hermits about two weeks ago two of them are always on the move climbing rocks picking at the sand etc but one of them hasent moved hes alive but he hasent moved since hes been in the tank hes moved the tiniest bit an theres shels around him that wernt before like hes done it to feel safe im not sure what to do i jst leave him ?

Are these land hermit crabs? If its land hermit crabs then you honestly don't have much to worry about as long as you keep the tank ideal. They all have different personalities and will all be different. I notice this within my own population as well.

As long as their colour is not faded your fine.
