Lil pregnant shrimpy

My lil baby (cherry) shrimp has been pregnant for quite a while now. And I observed dark green-ish eggs in her tummy a few days ago but now the eggs look transparent and almost seems like there are less or no eggs.But I know she still got the eggs because she's constantly wiggling her legs. What's going on?

I recently isolated her into a different tank. Will she possibly eat her own eggs if not taken out of the tank lateron?
