iv got some live rock and its covered in tiny little things that i think look like tiny venus fly traps os some kind of nem but i really have no idea so can someone please help

hard to tell, but they look like polyps to me. palythoa, if i'm not mistaken.

thanks.. so are they good or bad. will they get bigger and spread and will they turn colourfull as they get bigger

they are soft corals. they should color up for you. at least they will lose the bleached look. you never know what color they will be when they do get healthy.

corals? corals are good. this is what you are doing, making a reef, right? see if you can get those palys back to health, and that will be a good gauge on when to add more corals.
