Looking for a good schooling species in a 75 gallon long

Check in with Petsmart and ask. They all usually carry about the same stuff. If you ask at least you will know for sure you can't get any from them.

Luckily, my local petco has the rainbow fish No go with any of the four suggestions here (Scissor-tail Rasboras, Congo Tetras, Gold Tetras or Roseline Sharks)

I couldn't imagine keeping my roselines in less than a 6 foot tank, and I'm sure I would feel the same about the rasboras since they grow to a comparable size.

A 75 just isn't that big - not when you are putting big fish in it.
