Mainganos constantly displaying

Hi everyone,
Ever since i got my mainganos they have been displaying to each other the females do it to each other and they male does it to the females but there is no breeding action. The guy I bought them from had the females holding so i'm not sure what is going on. I've had them for about two weeks now, maybe a bit longer. Please help.

I have some but don't know how to tell males from females any tips?

The males have a dark blue belly and the females have a light blue belly but venting would be the best way to go.

Thanks. Mine are barely an inch. Added then today
