Found him today stuck in my moss wall . I helped him out and fed him skittle, but he has started growing this fuzz on him, can Someone help?

( sorry for bad picture) the fizz is around his gonopodium and right I front of his Top fin. He swims fine and eats fine but his fins are clamped and he has the fuzz on him
