cool shrimp, i'd just be afraid (the ones i saw at petsmart were huge) that i'd end up getting an old shimp, and have it die on me in 6 months.

do yours ever hide? i know all the shrimp ive had, hide. maybe these guys are different

Mine will hide behind the intake valve of the filter sometimes, but most of the time, especially the evening, they come out a lot.

Right now both of mine are back there with their fans open, which means to me they are hungry. I just threw some flakes in. You can actually see them catch the food and put it in their mouths like they have hands. Very cool.
