So I had a fish tank and like 6 gold fish and the only things that survived after my neglectful friends non-existing actions :( was my three Marimo balls!

So two of them got shredded thanks to the hungry goldfish and one lucky retained shape.

I have them all by themselves now in a 2.5 gallon tank.

If anyone can answer is it a good idea to have a air stone inside to aerate the Marimo?

They are all I have left so I'm trying to take very special care of them...

Thanks

I agree with the above or you can use air to create some constant movement in it.

What size tank are the 6 goldies in?

Welcome to AA! :)

the gold fish are sad to say, dead now...
they were in my 40-45 gallon tank and were happy til business called and people for got about them :(

i got them all for 25 cent 4-5 years ago and they grew from pinkie size to 4-5 in long!

kinda miss them, but thats y i dont name them or else its even more sad...

and it might also explain why im sticking strictly to plants from now on...

btw HN1 i just got my Buddy Christ Statue from amazon = $9 plus s&h

LOL. I've got one sitting on the computer desk in my office.

Starting with plants is a very good idea IMO and I wish more people would get the set right before they bring in the stars of the show. How's that for a random analogy?

Truly, it's the one option to have a beautiful aquarium even during cycling without risking any animal health.
