[Micro Reef Tank]

I consider my self new in the hobby, my micro Reef tank started in July 16 but had to restart all over after two weeks

My little girl wanted a Dory a Nemo and a Marlin so, without any experience I went to a lfs Local Fish Store

And I ended up buying all wrong and I got a 25liter ( 6us gal) that in real has 17 liters (4us gal) of water

No skimmer, no live rock, no water cycle, nothing a reef tank should have or be

So the result was loosing Dory :-( and sent back to store Nemo and Marlin

Then a one month reading on the hobby and get start all over again

And now here I am

Sad to hear that your LFS would set you up to fail like that. Small tanks like that are very limiting for livestock...and putting in such large fish was a death sentence. Either way, welcome aboard. Hope to pass along some helpful information.
