Molly with enlarged scales on left side

55 gallon community tank-tiger barbs, mollies, platys, panda corys, vampire pleco.

I just bought mollies 2 weeks ago and noticed her scales becoming more and more enlarged and different colored than the rest of her body. Has anybody seen this before? What is it? Can I treat it?

As you can see her right side is fine...
