Moonlights...suggestions?

I have a 20 gal planted that I would love to have moon lights on so that I can see my Kuhlis when they're out at night. Does anyone have suggestions for the best/cheapest solution? I was looking at these on Amazon:

but would they be too bright? I'd love any suggestions!

It looks like it would be to bright to me, or for my tastes anyway. I have this one in a 60 and it is bright enough to see but not bright enough to grow a lot of extra algae. Amazon.com: Aqueon Flex LED Aquarium Bubble Wand, 14-Inch, Blue: Pet Supplies

You don't have to use the bubble part but I like the way the lights bounce off the bubbles at night, and I have found that my fish love the swim in the bubbles.
