My FULLY STOCKED Plated Spec V

Hey everyone, just wanted to show off my tank. Its only about 3 months old from cycling to now. Pardon my ignorance if I don't get all the names of everything correctly, I just recently got into the hobby.

Livestock:

Fish:
- three fancy guppies
- one cobra guppy
- one octo cat
- one cory cat
- one neon terta looking fish (sorry dont rmbr the name)
- a tiny danio (not sure the species)
- a super small baby guppy (hitched a ride w/ one of my shrimp)

Inverts:
- a couple snails (and an outbreak of some that hitched a ride on some plants.
- 1 blue ryli shrimp
- 1 black ryli shrimp
- 1 red crystal shrimp
- 1 two cherry shrimp
- 1 amano shrimp
- 1 ghost shrimp

Plants:
- Banana Plant
- Tiger Lotus bulb?
- water wysteria
- some stalk looking plant
- a small sword?
- and some type of grass (little shamrock looking leaves)
- some sort of fern
- marimo moss ball

So far all equipment and filtration is factory except that I switched out the Fluval carbon for Chemi-pure.

I also dose .6ml flourish twice a week.

Any idea on how to control the invasive snail population? I've just been picking them out every few days but they keep coming!
