My gourami

The top of my gourami's head looks like it's been attacked my other fish, is there anything I can do for it?












I have put him and a breading box for now.
Any help we be much appreciated.

QT him and treat with Melafix is you are sure it was a fish attacking and that it's not parasites or fungus or bacteria.

What is the tank size and tank mates??

I had him in with some convicts, I had them from baby's and didn't know they r not good with others. I have put him in another tank now, his head looks like it's getting better now

That's good. Cichlids DO NOT go with Gouramis. Or anything but other cichlids for the most part. Glad your gourami is seperated.

That looks like an injury gone bad, and now Saprolegnia has taken advantage. Treat as you would for fungus.
