My new planted tank

I have a 20 gallon long. I have wisteria, money wort, amazon sword, and grass. I have regular gravel, but i have co2, iron, and flourish ferts for my plants. I also have a t5 light fixture with 2 ho lights. is this enough for healthy growth?
