My plants keep splitting in color

Here is a picture. I would really like to know what nutrients the plants are lacking that they keep doing this. Or if it's the lights. I have basic led's from an all in one tetra tank I believe that didn't say the wattage on the lights and I use flourish and flourish potassium. Thanks

The newer leaves would be a brighter green... not sure if that is what yiu are talking about though.... could you clarify "splitting in color"?
 
If you look at that back leaf, it looks like it is two different colors. That could be what the OP is talking about.
 
Yes. Exactly in the back leaf, but this has happened several time to me. They have a almost symmetrical split in color between dark green and light.
