Hello, nice to meet everyone... Here are some pics of my tank/fishes. i dont know how to take good pics of aquariums but you'll get the idea. For some reason my rainbows dont look as good in pictures. Not as colorful at the moment, maybe they will be closer to feeding time.

Here they are:
The tank in the dark (my dad and i built the stand, he's a carpenter.):

The tank in the light.

Also, Can anyone tell if the big white rock is limestone? i dont have any vinegar and i cannot tell. if it is, i may need to remove it :?

Welcome to AA!!! :smilecolros:

Nice tank and beautiful rainbows!!!

It's hard to tell about the rock from the pic. It may be limestone or perhaps something related to bluestone (in the slate family). The only way to tell for sure is to test with a strong acid.

No, the only real plants are the few that are in front, all the plants in the back are fake, i plan on buying a new light this summer and move to all live plants.

Nice looking tank and pretty rainbows! Can't wait to see new pics when it's all planted too. (y)

i love rainbows because their colors always change. the turquoise go from blue to greenish blue to dark dark blue, and the bosemanis go from yellow and orange to blue and orange depending on the time of day
