Mystery fish

I bought some moss that was in a damp bag from a local store. It had a bunch of snails and duckweed in it so I threw it into an empty tank until I could figure out if I was able to get all out. This tank has never had fish in it. About 2 weeks later I noticed a tiny baby and now a few days later there are 2 more. At least 2 more they are really hard to even see. The pic is the biggest one, the other 2 are barely bigger than a baby brine shrimp. Any idea what these are?

Looks like a baby neon tetra. Might be a black neon or penguin tetra or one of the many similar looking fish, but defiantly has the tetra shape.
