Looking for a bit of advice. I have a 180g cichlid tank with some fairly aggressive fish. It has a little algae problem. Can I drop a few mystery snails in there or will they be killed?

get a bristle nose my cichlids dont seem to notice them at all they keep my alge away

Yeah I've had two small BNs in there and neither of them survived. I don't know if the cichlids got to them or not but I figured I wouldn't risk it again.
