Need help identifying fish!

I inherited my father's 55 gallon freshwater tank. Recently, we had a pretty bad ice storm here and lost power for close to three days. We lost all of the fish except for our Pleco and three of these little orange fish that I've had trouble identifying. They Any idea what these may be? They're definitely schooling fish. I'm thinking some kind of Tetra.

Looks to me like a Hyphessobrycon epues/Serpae Tetra.

Hmmm. I think you're right.

It's strange though, mine are missing the black splotch behind the eye like these guys have. They look rather transparent as well. I wonder if they got sickly while the power was out.
