need help to id speicim in my tank

I found some bug or something in my tank but do not know what it is! Here is a youtube video i posted today of it! Any help will be appreciated.

Looks to me like an aquatic moth larvae. At first it looked like planaria, but the fluffy caterpillar attributes tells me its a moth larvae. Syphon them out as you see them, unless you don't mind them. I don't think they can do much harm. But they are gross looking
