need some advise QUICK

usy had one of my neon tetras sucked into my stingray filter he is hurt but still breathing and moving but upside down do i leave him will he recover or do i put him out of his misery i would prefer the first but am prepared to do the second as its not fair to him if hes paralyzed but alive or do i wait and see how it goes???????

might have to iv left the poor fella a little while but i cant see any improvement hes just runs outta energy pr will and bobs there for a few muonites before he starts TRYING to swim again its not fair to keep him this way
