Neon Tetra :'(

Hi everybody,

My neon tetra has been displaying symptoms since this morning:
Swelled up body
Bulging eyes
Trouble swimming
Antisocial
Loss of colour

I don't know what to do?! I'm really upset and scared whatever's wrong will spread to other fish.
Does anyone know what this is?
Is it treatable?
Where did it come from?

Currently I've sectioned her off from the other fish but still in the same tank as I don't have a quarantine tank

What should I do next?

P.s. a friend told me it could be swim bladder and that I should feed her the insides of cooked frozen peas, thoughts

You could try them - the bulging eyes suggests a fair bit of internal pressure though. If no luck onto Epsom salt dip.

Have you noticed any pine coning?
Search "dropsy" or pc for images ,but basically c=scales stick out of fish like a pine cone.
That would be water quality and or a bacterial issue.
