New 29g saltwater

So I'm new to saltwater but here is what I've done so far

You will need about 30 more lbs of base/live rock

I ordered my lighting system and installed it today also added some lighting grate to cover the top

Have some live rock ordered from ebay otw too. Will tank need to re cycle when it's put in?

It may just check params after you put it in. Have you already been cycling with an ammonia source?

Ok I added some live rock from a local shop today also picked up a purple serpent or tiger stripe starfish, red brittle star, Astrea snail 3 red leg hermits, 1 Nassa snail, and there were a few tag along snails and blue leg hermits on the live rock

Chief. It's entirely up to you, but I would move my rocks away from the sides. As soon as you try to use the magnet, it won't be able to go into that spot and algae will build up. IME I will always leave at least 3 inches

I've actually added some rock since I need to add pics but yes that sounds good to me too I'll do more of a central design

Watch those stars like a hawk, they do not do well in aquariums (let alone young ones) and if one dies it can crash your tank
