New 29G Tank

I just got a 29G tank off craigslist for $25 that came with a stand, lid+light and aqua-tech 30-60 gallon filter. While the tank is setting up i'm trying to figure out what kind of fish i'm going to be stocking in it. I have a 10G guppy breeder tank set up and producing so i'm looking for a fish that will be able to occasionally eat guppies and also be able to eat other food(whether its pellets or flakes etc).

Also a completely seperate question. I've been seeing a lot of tanks with what people call moon lights. Is that a special light or a whole different lid? If its a whole different lid how cheap can you get those for?
