New 55 gal tank

My lfs is selling a used 55 gal tank with good and steel stand for $150. If I were to buy this hiw should I go about transferring everything from my 20 gal tank to the new one. I'm running three different HOB filters on the 20. And I could move over some fish like my mollies and betta too to help get it started.
