New filter advice needed please

Advice on a new filter needed.. Been looking for a new filter for a 98L tank.

Does anyone have any suggestions.. Found one that says it will pump 1200l/hr. Comes with spray bar or pipe.. Does this sound ok? Not sure as to what I should be getting..

Just get a hang on filter I prefer marineland penguin power filters.
