I just got a new sebae anemone today and I have 1 question. When my tank lights are on the anemone tips are bubbled up like a bta, but when the lights go out it un bubbles its tips and just makes the straight.
Is this normal.

Yes i'd say your fine. My sebae does that from time to time. As long as it's not bleached and the color is healthy you should be fine.

I really don't think it is bleached as it is tan with blue tips that are really sticky.

Sounds like you're fine. Sebae's can be a bit tricky to keep, but with good water parameters and good tank husbandry you'll be fine.

What kind of lights are you using?

I'm using three t5 lights. One 20000k and 2 10000k with a led moonlight.

How deep is your tank? A 3bulb T5 fixture isn't a lot of light. Anemones require a good amount of light. I've seen a few anemones do well is a shallow frag tank with a 4 bulb fixture.
